“He that can have patience can have what he will.”

Originally spoken by Benjamin Franklin, this quote is more meaningful than ever. We work in a world where speed and volume often overshadow quality and attention to detail. Patience is a requirement for the latter, but not necessarily for the former.

And yet when two entities or two people exhibit patience with the common goal of finding the best possible solution, great things can happen. In our business, we see that in the extra week required to turn a good website into a great one, the extra hour required to transform a run-of-the-mill blog post into an exceptional one, or a second-class marketing plan into a first-class marketing plan.

We also see it in our recruiting efforts. When we’re patient about finding the right person for a position, and when that person is patient about finding the right fit for themselves, the results are outstanding.

In this case, we remained patient, and thankfully Jessica Jackson remained patient as well.  Jessica joins us as Marketing Coordinator in our Reston office, responsible for helping our clients grow their businesses through strategic marketing initiatives. Jessica comes to us from American Target Advertising, where she acted as Account Coordinator on direct mail and internet marketing projects. Beyond patience, Jessica exhibited a passion to learn digital marketing, exceptional writing skills, and the desire to become a strategic marketer.
