There is much talk this week about the Olympics and the strength of the US team, particularly the swimming team.  The swimmers are devoted to their sport, spending most of their waking hours striving to achieve their dreams of an Olympic medal.  Regardless of whether a swimmer is competing in a relay or an individual race, there is a team of people that helps to make the dream a reality – coaches, trainers, other athletes, family and friends.

At Right Source Marketing it is important for us to build a strong team as well.  This includes selecting strong partners with whom to work, identifying clients for whom we can be of service, networking with the appropriate communities and hiring employees who both embody our core values and complement the others on the team.  Similar to the US swim team, our team is further strengthened by a mix of experienced veterans and rising new stars.  This mix enables us to approach projects from different points of view as we develop our final recommendations.  The Right Source Marketing team is growing and we are happy to introduce our newest rising star, Rebecca Opfer, a Marketing Coordinator in our Baltimore office.

Rebecca joins us from the University of Maryland (the third Terrapin to join the Right Source team) where she earned her degree in communications with a focus in public relations.  While at Maryland, Rebecca completed several internships where she gained experience in content marketing, social media and public relations – skills she will put to good use here at Right Source.  Through the interview process we were impressed with her professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence as she shared her marketing experiences from both school and work.
